Tanisha is a seasoned lawyer with nearly a decade of experience advising clients in the technology, media and entertainment, gaming, and data protection space. She was recommended by Legal 500 for TMT in 2024. She has been regularly ranked as a recommended lawyer for Gaming by Lexology (formerly Who’s Who Legal) from 2021 - 2024.

Her practice spans regulatory, transactional and contentious matters, with a focus on helping clients navigate the complexities of a fast-evolving digital environment.

She has advised market leaders and Big Tech companies in the gaming, social media, music, OTT/streaming, travel aggregator, Adtech, and e-commerce space on a variety of issues.

She has acted as end-to-end platform counsel to clients, advising them on aspects spanning regulatory compliances, IP strategy, product structuring, content regulation, intermediary compliance, data privacy and cyber security, AI deployment, and digital content licensing, amongst others. Her work often involves working closely with product teams.

She also regularly engages with regulators, industry bodies, and stakeholders on the development of tech policy frameworks.

Apart from transactional and advisory work, she has also represented clients in regulatory inquiries, disputes, and enforcement matters.
